Organic Pastures Dairy, located in the San Joaquin Valley near Fresno, California, is one of the country’s only remaining small, family-owned and operated dairies. Organic Pastures cows are individually named, graze on open pasture every day, and are never given antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs. Organic Pastures raw milk and cream is unaltered, unpasteurized, unheated, and absolutely unchanged in any way from what nature intended. Originally delivering raw milk direct to customers out of the trunk of their car, Organic Pastures founder, Blain McAffe and her husband, Mark, have steadily grown their operation to include butter, cheese, and kefir, all while raising a beautiful family, supporting 50 long-tenured employees, and serving as the guardians of 432 happy, happy cows.
